More than 60% of our 250 staff work directly with offenders, including:
- Probation Officers - working directly with offenders
- Probation Service Officers - assisting the work of probation officers
- Clerical Officers - providing support to probation staff
- Community Punishment Officers - supervising offenders
- Prison-based Probation Staff - preparing prisoners for their release
Other staff work in supporting roles such as training, research, information technology, administration & clerical, finance, personnel, building services and management.
